  • What type of payment methods do you accept? 
    • We accept all major credit cards and other electronic payment methods. 
  • How long does it take to process and ship my order? 
    • It takes approximately 3-4 weeks for us to process and ship your order. All orders are shipped with a tracking number that can be tracked on our website. 
  • Can I cancel my order? 
    • Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time period, we cannot guarantee that we can cancel your order. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at katcherpatchembroidery@gmail.com.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    • We only offer refunds for substantial defects in our products. If you receive a defective product, please contact us at support@katcherpatchembroidery.com within 7 days of receiving your order. 
  • Can I exchange an item? 
    • We do not offer exchanges on customized orders if the product has started production. On all blank orders, pending current stock levels, we will honor returns up to 14 days after delivery confirmation date. If you need a different size or color on a blank item, please contact us at orders@katcherpatchembroidery.com 
  • How do I know what size to order?

    • You can track your order with the tracking number provided to you in your shipping confirmation email. 
  • How do I know if my order has shipped? 
    • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • Will my purchase be used for promotion of Katcher Patch Embroidery online and on social media? 
    • By purchasing from our store, customers acknowledge and we reserve the right to use images of the items they purchase for marketing and promotional purposes, including on our website and social media channels. Such images may include the monogrammed names or initials of the customer. Customers understand that these images may be used to showcase our products and services to promote our business. Customers acknowledge that they will not be entitled to any compensation or royalties connected to these images. If customers do not wish to have their purchased items images used for marketing purposes, they must notify us in writing at the time of purchase.
