- What type of payment methods do you accept?

- How long does it take to process and ship my order?
- It takes approximately 3-4 weeks for us to process and ship your order. All orders are shipped with a tracking number that can be tracked on our website.
- Can I cancel my order?

- Do you offer refunds?
- We only offer refunds for substantial defects in our products. If you receive a defective product, please contact us at support@katcherpatchembroidery.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Can I exchange an item?
- We do not offer exchanges on customized orders if the product has started production. On all blank orders, pending current stock levels, we will honor returns up to 14 days after delivery confirmation date. If you need a different size or color on a blank item, please contact us at orders@katcherpatchembroidery.com

Such images may include the monogrammed names or initials of the customer. Customers understand that these images may be used to showcase our products and services to promote our business. Customers acknowledge that they will not be entitled to any compensation or royalties connected to these images. If customers do not wish to have their purchased items images used for marketing purposes, they must notify us in writing at the time of purchase.
